About
From Corporate Structure to Human Structure
I came to Structural Integration after a 25-year career in Human Resources. I was not your typical HR — I pushed hard to center humanity and I was playful and a little irreverent. But more and more, I found my personal values at odds with the corporate bottom line.
At the height of my career, I hit a deep state of burnout. I was chronically stressed, unfulfilled, and feeling the impact of over 2 decades at a desk. During a soul-searching sabbatical, I sought out structural integration to address my chronic headaches. That experience didn’t just help me resolve my pain, it reshaped my relationship with my body and set me on a new path. My next chapter wouldn’t be about transforming corporate systems, but about supporting individuals in finding ease in their own “systems” — their bodies.
I continue to bring my curiosity and playful approach to this work. I believe every body has its own story to tell, and I meet each client exactly where they are — no judgment, just genuine interest in what’s going on beneath the surface.
When I’m not practicing SI, you’ll find me rock climbing or in the karate studio with my husband and daughters, getting lost in a good book, or playing mahjong with my friends.
