Structural Integration & Fascial Bodywork in West Seattle

What is Structural Integration?

A lineage beginning with Rolfing®

Structural Integration (SI) relieves pain and restores mobility by working with the web of connective tissue — fascia — that holds your whole body together. When that tissue gets tight or stuck from old injuries, stress, or years of repetitive movement, it pulls your structure out of alignment and makes everyday movement cost more effort than it should.

When did moving well start requiring more effort than it should?

Maybe it’s an old injury that never fully resolved. Maybe it’s years of sitting, stress, or repetitive movement finally catching up with you. Or maybe nothing’s “wrong,” exactly — you just don’t move the way you used to, and you’d like to.

I approach every body as its own story, and I’m genuinely curious what yours has to tell. Sessions are collaborative: we explore together what’s holding tension or pulling you out of alignment, and I share tools you can use between visits so the change sticks instead of fading by next week.

Most people who work with me leave not just with less pain, but with a body that finally feels like theirs again — freer to climb, chase kids, sit through a long workday, or just walk down the street without thinking about it.

That’s the work. Let’s get you moving well with less effort.
