About Mihca

From Corporate Structure to Human Structure

Mihca came to Structural Integration after a 25-year career in Human Resources, where she aimed to bring more humanity into the workplace. She was a different kind of HR who brought curiosity, play, and a little irreverence to each day. But more and more, she found her personal values at odds with the corporate bottom line.

At the height of her career, she hit a deep state of burnout. Her spirit was unfulfilled and her physical body was encountering challenge after challenge. During a soul-searching sabbatical, she sought out structural integration to address her chronic headaches. That experience didn’t just help her resolve her pain, it reshaped her relationship with her body and the stories she’d been telling herself. It became clear that her next chapter wouldn’t be about transforming corporate systems, but about supporting individuals in finding ease in their own “systems” — their bodies.

Mihca continues to bring her curiosity and playful approach to this work. She believes every body has its own story to tell, and she meets each client exactly where they are — no judgment, just genuine interest in what’s going on beneath the surface. Sessions feel like a collaborative exploration, with the goal that clients leave not just moving better, but more curious about and connected to their own bodies.

When she’s not practicing SI, you’ll find her rock climbing or in the karate studio with her husband and daughters, or getting lost in a good book.
